  Had breakfast here, very friendly service. The Hash Smash is a delicious looking spread served on a wooden board which is on trend. Unfortunately the aioli was missing & the poached eggs were over cooked but the presentation faultless this cost them 2 stars for me.The lemon quarters are a nice touch. Wonderful addition to the Springfield community :)

  Went in on Saturday morning. Waited 26min for a take away coffee that wasn't even correct (forgot the sugar. Cappuccino instead of latte and full of milk foam) guy at the counter was friendly enough. However he was understaffed which was evident because the cook kept yelling out to him that she had many dockets to do and food was " gonna take all morning" . Another guy who also ordered take away was mumbling under his breath as counter guy kept taking orders coming to the counter rather than preparing the orders he already had.
  It may have a great atmosphere for people who have nothing better to do than wait an hour for a meal and coffe, but certainly don't be expecting your takeaway to happen any time soon.

  I went here a few weeks back. The service was great, friendly staff. But the guy at the front counter seemed super flustered yet it wasn't overly busy. I'd recommend maybe having someone else help the guy out on a weekend. Seemed to be running around everywhere. Also the place was a little dirty. Menus weren't clean and staff uniforms were a bit grubby. Appearance is everything. Should be a priority . Not the best look. But apart from that my friend and my milkshakes were superb.
